ARTIST'S STATEMENT: 

I create work which reflects my love of nature and the outdoors. Observing and encountering trees, plants and wildlife in my backyard and beyond inspires me. I create porcelain pots for the home, seeking to integrate my observations of nature into the objects I create. These ideas and images are incorporated through the use of hand painting, stamping, and sprigs to create beautiful narrative pottery that represents the flow of change and seasons in Pennsylvania.

Through this work, I attempt to evoke feelings of joy, happiness and calm.

These pieces are intended to be used and enjoyed daily to bring nature inside and inspire those who use them.
