Carolanne Currier

Carolanne Currier received a BA in Art from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL, and an MA in Environmental Biology from Hood College, Frederick, MD. She discovered clay in retirement after a 30-year career in the health field. She is a self-taught potter and has been potting full-time for 15 years. Carolanne uses wood, gas, and electric kilns to get the surfaces that best complement her organic forms. Her pots have received numerous awards and can be found in homes and collections internationally.
